F.Y.I

Got some interesting news from a friend today. Back in late June/early July a family member of a friend was called in to a group meeting with other potential patients for a GBy - at Privathospitalet Mølholm.

Today I was told that only 2 weeks ago she went through GBy surgery...about 2 months after her initial meeting with her own practicing MD and her first meeting with the private clinic.

From what I'm told, she was sent home the day after surgery and now after 2 weeks - she has lost about 6 kg (13.2 lbs) and feels fantastic...

Her weight was way less than mine - so this is my question: What will happen to me..?! I have all hope - hope is all I have....

    That's very encouraging news! Especially the thing about going through to surgery so fast, and that she feels fantastic - and have a high weight loss already!

    I know!!

    I'm sorta beginning to feel like a little girl around Christmas thinking "will I get the doll I've wished for".. Only to be disappointed if I don't get the doll, of course.. ;o)
