My day in the ring is now behind me - and what a relief! :o)
Thursday was my time to release all thoughts about having my first meeting with Hamlet. It's called FU1 (Forundersøgelse 1).
Gosh - TOTALLY forgot that I've started the post - well, y'all know how it went.. Hahaha..

Has God spoken?!
So - in case you missed the big news - I got my surgery -YaY! Back on Sept. 9 I was at my first meeting at Hamlet. The short version is: There's no doubt that a surgery is what I need. Those are the doctor's words. Who better to know, right....? Although y'all told me there was nothing to worry about. Yeah, but as long as YOU are not in my shoes, you don't get to decide what to believe in and what not. ;o) A little bit of sensibily never hurt nobody..
Anyhoo - It's been a few weeks since my first meeting - and it's been a rollercoaster ride ever since (weight-wise)! I've really started to get into the whole exercise regime and eating according to WC (DDV) - and that means that my body it not moving an inch!! Goddamn it... SO, I called Hamlet today for a little chat and some advice on how to proceed, coz there's no way I ain't gonna get no surgery.. you hear me?!
The situation is stressing me out and I can feel that my tolerance is not as high as usual. I'm still thinking about food, diet and surgery 24/7..not healthy at ALL.. Talking to my dietician today made me feel a litlle better and less panicky.. She told me to change my diet - either the "Nupo diet" the "food diet" described in my folder. She tells me that the body sometimes gets immune to the same diet over and over again - so changing the diet can shock your body into a boost in your weight loss... She told me to try a periode of 2 weeks of either and then call her back on Monday 25th of Oct... will do!
On my way home today I stopped by Netto for a little grocery shopping. As I walk through the store I walk right passed this big display of NUPO products - so now my question is:

I bought the shaker and 2 products - will be buying more products tomorrow - and that'll be my breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 2 weeks!
